Spot repeat demand early. Review the right sizes before asking Planning for stock.
RTW is compared by garment type, gender and continuity/seasonal lifecycle group; sneakers are never used as RTW peers. Unknown lifecycle is a separate group. At least 5 comparable SKUs, top-quartile pace, 3 identifiable receipts and no receipt above 60% of positive units are required for a strong local signal. These are transparent review rules, not a demand guarantee.
TDM receipt history begins in January 2024. New to TDM means a first recorded receipt within 28 days and no earlier recorded sale. Recent restock means an older first receipt and a new receipt within 28 days. Season is shown separately: an older-season SKU can still be new to this store. These labels describe available store history, not the brand's launch date or a guarantee of pre-2024 history.
Pace uses calendar days, not proven in-stock days. Net units include returns and all customer codes. The local window is shortened only when the first recorded receipt/sale is recent. Regional pace uses the full window per selected store; regional availability history is unknown. Restock pace uses the whole selected sales window, not only post-delivery sales.
POS is current usable floor stock; INT is shown separately and never assumed immediately sellable. Missing sold sizes with no INT, or floor cover below your supplied lead time with no INT, trigger a review only when local demand is strong. Negative source quantities are preserved in evidence and clamped only for usable-stock estimates. Phase-out/end-of-life SKUs are watch-only.
WH stock and future allocations are not connected. Confirm availability, size demand and arrival timing with Planning. No automatic orders, transfers or emails. A weekly snapshot can miss demand changes between updates.
